The brief
Small businesses keep their books across an invoicing tool, Excel, online banking and a handful of other apps. The real numbers show up at the end of the year, when the accountant brings them.
We wanted management software of our own that brought together the business, tax obligations and sales, and that you could query with the AI assistant you already use.

What the business uses every day
E-invoicing through SdI
Issued with a double confirmation and always by certified email, with the status of every invoice in view.
Bank and ledger
Every transaction is proposed as a ledger entry and matched to its invoice. Automatically only when the match is unique.
The real profit and loss
On an accrual basis, with the cash view one click away, and ledgers per client and per business line: you see where you actually make money.
VAT, F24 and deadlines
VAT settlements and a deadline calendar with the rules quoted, and the accountant working inside the software.
Staff
Employment contracts, attendance and staff costs in the same place as the books.
AI assistant via MCP
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client: it reads the software with the user's permissions, and every write has to be confirmed.
How it went
It is live at intasca360.it and is used by subscription.
It also receives data from InTasca Recovery: cases, collectors and payments move from one system to the other without carrying the debtors' personal data.
