The brief

The dining room, HACCP, the till and loyalty cards lived in separate tools, between notebooks and Excel. The website did not do the place justice and bookings came in by phone.

They needed a website that told the story of the meat and the broiler and let people book in a few seconds, and one system for the floor, the kitchen and the owner, connected to the website.

What we did

1 · The website

What the guest sees

  • Online booking

A table in a few seconds, even without an account, with automatic confirmation and reminder.

  • Menu, wines and breeds

A browsable menu with allergens, and pages on the broiler and on the cattle breeds.

  • AI sommelier

A chat that suggests the wine starting from the restaurant's real wine list.

  • Loyalty card

Guests see their points and rewards and add the card to their Apple or Google wallet.

  • Italian and English

The website in two languages, built to be found on Google Search and Maps.

2 · The management software

What the staff use

This is where InTasca Restaurant came from, now available to other restaurants too.

  • Maître area

Tonight's dining room at a glance: tables, arrivals, waiting list.

  • HACCP ready for inspection

Batches, dry ageing, temperatures and cleaning, with the PDF report in one click.

  • Till and food cost

Every evening's close with the cost of each dish and the e-invoice.

  • Roles

The owner decides who sees what: till, floor, kitchen.

3 · Social media

What people see from outside

Filming in the dining room and the kitchen, editing the reels, publishing on Instagram and TikTok.

Pork ribs, social media content
Charcuterie and cheese board, social media content

How it went

Today bookings come from the website and go straight into the floor plan. At the end of the evening the owner sees covers and food cost without redoing the sums by hand.
